Canon iPF600 Wide format printer – What to do with the maintenance tank – Re-use or throw? (UK QUESTION)?
We have one of these at work and the maintenance tanks are £30 and basically just a plastic box with sponge glued inside. Not trying to save money, just wondered if anyone else was tempted to recycle them by tearing out the used sponge and gluing in new sponge. Or is there a UK company that deals with them? Haven’t found any so far.
It’s such a waste of resources, and although I’m not a greenpeace activist, I don’t like stupid wastes in non-sustainable materials.
