If the SMOS died, will the deleted files on the HD gone?
I had delete some files before ( even from recycle bin )
these files must be saved on the HD
but now, my SMOS battery is dead..
are these files going to delete forever from the HD?
You mean CMOS? If so, no the files won’t be deleted. The CMOS just keeps up with things such as time, date, etc..
